Damage in delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods and advise In The Field Countrywear of any shortage of goods delivered or any damage caused during transit within 48 hours of receipt. In The Field Countrywear will not accept any liability in respect of any shortage or damage if no such notice is received within the time specified.
Return / Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, and return them within 14 days from delivery, in the original undamaged packaging, along with a written explanation for return, we will give a full refund.
We will not refund our original postage costs unless the item supplied is faulty
We will exchange items if they are faulty , this will be done quickly along with a refund of postage. any item that is faulty must be returned before we will send out a replacement
